We worked with Great Minds Therapy & Training, part of the TCES Group, to create a dedicated website as the service evolved into its own standalone offering.
Having previously been integrated within the TCES National Online School website, this next phase marked an important step in establishing Great Minds as a distinct service, with its own identity, structure and user journey.

Great Minds needed a completely new website that aligned with fresh branding developed by their design team. The site had to feel professional, sensitive and easy to navigate, reflecting the nature of the therapy and training services while giving users clear routes to explore courses, make enquiries and take action.
The timeline was ambitious, with full delivery required within just two weeks. This meant the project needed to move quickly, with a clear structure and efficient decision-making from the outset.

We focused on creating a clean, structured website that could present detailed information clearly without overwhelming visitors. Considered spacing, readable layouts and a calm visual direction helped the content breathe, while reinforcing trust, credibility and authority throughout the site.
From a functional perspective, the website was built to support both engagement and conversion. Contact forms were placed at key points across the site to encourage enquiries, while a built-in survey was added to help capture useful user insight.
A detailed course structure was also developed, giving each course its own dedicated page with clear information and an embedded booking system. This allowed users to move smoothly from understanding the offer to taking the next step.

The finished website gives Great Minds Therapy & Training a clear and confident online presence of its own. It reflects the credibility and sensitivity of the service, while making complex information easier to explore and understand.
Built within a tight two-week timeframe, the site provides a strong foundation for enquiries, course bookings and future growth. It also builds on our ongoing relationship with TCES, following previous work on the National Online School platform and the wider group website.
The result is a thoughtful, professional digital presence that supports Great Minds as it continues to grow and develop as a standalone service.
